Our 45-minute classes go beyond yoga movements; they are a wealth of supportive information to help you embrace pregnancy with minimal discomfort. Experience a holistic approach that enriches your journey during this precious time, empowering you for a conscious birth experience.

Where: N1C Community Centre, Ground Floor Plimsoll Building, Handyside Street, London N1C 4BQ

Cost: Free for eligible participants

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing & water bottle (mats are provided)
