What to Expect:

 

Experience a harmonious blend of gentle movements linked with breath, designed to promote strength and improve mobility and flexibility. You'll learn various breathing techniques and enjoy a serene meditation at the end of each session. This mindful approach to exercise enhances your mind-body awareness and supports women in every phase of life.

Cost: Free for eligible participants

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing & water bottle (mats are provided)
